How come xbox app wont install or download

 · Both my xbox one x and my normal xbox one. Wont update or install games. My internet is fine and everything else in the house works perfect. Diagnostic test sais im getting 80mbps. But installation of update only pulls about kilabytes. Is anyone else having this issue?  · Uninstalled/ can't reinstall. Can't install Spotify either. Reboot router/ hard reset Xbox no effect.
